This privacy policy sets out how N-dizájn uses and protects any information that you give when you use this website. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. N-dizájn may change this policy by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with the potential changes.
WHAT WE COLLECT
We may collect the following information:
    • Your name
    • Contact information, including email address and telephone number.
    • Delivery and billing address
    • Item(s) purchased, value and method of payment.
The information is collected through the completion of online orders and is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order. Details are also collected through enquiries, emails and quotes. Our lawful basis for collecting the information is contractual; your information is required for the fulfilment of the order.
WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE GATHER
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, in particular for the following reasons:
    • Internal record keeping.
    • Creating, dispatching and if necessary, contacting you regarding your order.
    • We may use the information to improve our products and services.
    • We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. We will only do this IF you have consented to receiving such information via our newsletter.
We are legally obligated to hold any data relating to orders for a minimum of seven years. Any details used out with the processing of your order are used as we have a legitimate interest.
INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
    • Your information is shared with third parties when necessary for the completion of your order. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to N-dizájn, such as delivery companies, e-commerce platforms and trusted payment processors, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
    • If we sell or merge my business, we may disclose your information as part of the transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
    • We may collect, use, retain, and share your information if we have a good faith belief that is reasonably necessary to: a) respond to legal process or to government requests; b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or other.
NEWSLETTERS
By subscribing to our newsletters, you are agreeing to our sending out information on promotions, new collections and news we feel might be of interest to you relating to N-dizájn. We will never share your details with other third-party companies. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe, this is easily done by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link which is provided at the bottom of each email sent.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
HOW WE USE COOKIES

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.
DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. The data is generally for 7 years, though may be longer if the business requires.
CONTROLLING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting only if you tell us that you wish this to happen.
You may request details of personal information which we hold about you. If you would like a copy of the information held on you, please contact me via e-mail. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
If you are not happy with any aspect of how we collect and use your data, you have the right to complain. We would be grateful if you would contact us first if you do have a complaint, so we can try to resolve it for you.

We hope all our customers are completely happy with their N-dizájn products. Our aim is to provide every customer with the same excellent level of service for which we are known. If for any reason you are not entirely happy we will do our utmost to help resolve this.

Price
Since our company is not subjact to VAT, all prices shown are exclusive of VAT.
Complaints
The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights. If goods do not reach you in good condition or are faulty, shipping costs for the affected portion of delivery back to N-dizájn is at our expense. You must contact us to arrange return delivery. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 2 working days and we will keep you well informed about progress. N-dizájn will only credit you for the items that have been damaged or are faulty upon safe receipt of the goods into our hands. Refunds will be furnished within 30 days of the agreement to refund.
Delivery
For full details, please see our Delivery page. N-dizájn cannot be held responsible if any item you have ordered is impounded by or has extra duty charged on it by your local customs and excise department, therefore we recommend that you check with the relevant Customs and Excise Department before ordering from us. To amend an order or delivery address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to make amendments prior to despatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is processed. An order may incur additional charges if a change of delivery address is requested after the goods have been despatched.
Product images and descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that images displayed on our website are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee an exact match to the product as displayed on your screen. All product information and technical specifications contained in N-dizájn are for guidance only, no responsibility can be taken for errors or omissions.

Alison Moore Designs conforms to the GDPR. Any information you provide is treated in strict confidence and is stored in a secure location. Customer details will not be disclosed in any way to any persons outwith N-dizájn. If you do not wish to receive promotional material from us, please register that with us immediately by e-mail. Termination
N-dizájn reserves the right to abort access of our Internet services if your behaviour is found to be discordant with these terms and conditions at any time.

All products sold by N-dizájn are copyright of N-dizájn. No permission is given by N-dizájn in respect of the reproduction or use for commercial purposes of any brand names, logos, photographs, product names, designs and any other material shown on the N-dizájn website. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.
These Conditions of Use are governed by Hungarian law.

Delivery and Returns
Delivery times
All of our jewellery is handmade, but we do try to keep some items in stock. These will be sent within 4 working days of placing the order. Made to order jewellery usually takes a little longer for despatch at around 2-3 weeks. Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. If you require an item urgently for a special date or event please contact us as more often than not we can work to shorter time scales.
Goods are sent out using the Hungarian Postal Service and require a signature upon arrival.

Please note that customers are responsible for all duties and customs charges. We currently ship to Europe, Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, Japan and Hong Kong.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like to exchange or refund, please return the item to us in its original, unworn condition within 14 days of receipt. Alternatively, we are happy to offer an exchange or gift voucher within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are made via the same payment method you used online. Postage on returns is non-refundable.
Exempt from any exchange or refund are bespoke pieces and items that have been customised to a customer’s request.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item. Please, ensure that the items are safely packaged and returned to us using a signed for delivery service and include a reason for return. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit whilst being returned to us.
In the case of exchanges, a re-delivery charge will apply.
Repairs
At the discretion of N-dizájn, an item will be repaired or replaced if any manufacturer defects are found in the first six months from the date of the purchase. Normal wear and tear and customer abuse is not covered under warranty and repairs will be quoted for on a case-by-case basis.
Please note we are not responsible for cost of return postage unless items delivered are faulty or incorrect. If this should occur, please contact us. Please allow seven working days for returns to be processed once they reach us.
If it is an international return, please clearly label the package “Returned for Repair” or “Returned for refund”. This will ensure that your returned goods are not held in Hungarian customs, which could otherwise result in delays in processing your refund or you may become liable for customs charges.

Jewellery Care
All of our Scottish jewellery is made from solid sterling silver or gold. With the correct care and storage it should last a lifetime. We’ve put together a few pieces of advice which if followed will help to keep it looking beautiful every day.
Care
• Your jewellery doesn’t like being in water, so remove before swimming or washing.
• Keep away from household chemicals such as perfume, cleaning products and hairspray (chlorine is particularly harmful) as these can all accelerate tarnishing on the metal.
• Exercise is an enemy of jewellery and it doesn’t like hard work, so please remove it prior to gardening, going to the gym, cleaning etc.
• When your jewellery is not being worn, it is safest to keep it in the box it came in.
• Some gemstones are harder than others (see Moh’s Scale of Hardness). To keep the gemstones looking in tip top condition, it is worth considering this when deciding on cleaning, frequency of wear etc.
• Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight in some gemstones such as amethyst, can cause their colour to fade, so store carefully in a box.
• Let your jewellery sleep when you do. Take it off and place in its original box to keep it safe.
Cleaning
• To brighten up your silver or gold pieces, jewellery can be cleaned using warm soapy water and a soft brush or with a silver cloth.
• Some gemstones such as turquoise, lapis lazuli, pearls and opals (for example) can be damaged in an ultrasonic cleaner so only clean these using warm soapy wate

Buying jewellery for other people can sometimes be tricky. These gift vouchers are a perfect solution to the problem, and we even include a ring sizer.

A hard copy of the voucher will be sent to the delivery address you specify on checkout along with a ring sizer. If you would like the code emailed, please contact us after checkout at hello@alisonmoore.co.uk.
The Voucher will contain a unique code which the recipient will need to enter at the checkout to redeem the purchase.
It must be used within 12 months from date of purchase. The buyer will be responsible for payment of transactions (including postage) greater than the face value of the voucher. The voucher is non-refundable or transferable.
